How is our data governed?+
Leads and configuration are stored in your tenant-scoped database with row-level security on Postgres. You retain ownership of your customer data. See our Privacy Policy and Trust Center for Singapore and Malaysia PDPA-aligned practices.
Can we use our own domain?+
Yes. White-label custom domains with DNS verification are built in — configure under Settings → Smart Website.
Where is our data stored?+
Primary tenant data is stored in Supabase Postgres (AWS ap-southeast-1, Singapore region). AI inference may use OpenAI (United States) when enabled. See our Trust Center for subprocessors and cross-border transfer details.
How does Numeraxia align with Singapore AI governance?+
We align with IMDA Model AI Governance Framework for Generative AI and Agentic AI, and self-assess using AI Verify. This is voluntary alignment — not a government certification. Details are on our Trust Center.
Can we export or delete customer data?+
Tenant admins can export tenant data and request visitor record deletion via Settings → Legal & data, or by contacting privacy@numeraxia.com.
