Numeraxia provides Smart Website hosting, lead CRM, messaging integrations, and optional AI workforce automation. Available features depend on your subscription.

AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. You must review AI responses, scores, and workflow actions before relying on them for pricing, contractual, tax, or regulatory decisions.

Your data

You retain ownership of data you submit. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement describe how we process personal data.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful use
• No bypassing security or tenant isolation
• No prompt-injection attacks against platform AI
• Obtain required consents before collecting customer data

Warranty disclaimer & liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY SINGAPORE LAW, NUMERAXIA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
